Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Statlign. By browsing the site or creating an account you accept them. The short version: Statlign publishes analysis, not advice; it is for adults; and nothing here is a promise about the outcome of any sporting event.
What the service is
Statlign provides statistical analysis, probability estimates and editorial commentary on sporting events. It is an information service. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept or place wagers, we do not hold customer funds for gambling, and we are not a financial or investment adviser.
Content is published on an as-is basis. Fixtures, odds and availability data come from third-party sources and can change or be wrong; we correct errors when we find them but cannot warrant that every figure is accurate at the moment you read it.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher, to use Statlign. You are responsible for checking that accessing gambling-related content is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity carried out under your account. Accounts are personal; sharing credentials, operating automated scrapers against member-only content, or reselling access is not permitted.
Credits, purchases and refunds
Member credits unlock predictions and strategy detail. The daily allowance refreshes each day and does not accumulate; purchased and earned credits persist while your account is active. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider. Because credits are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once spent, but if a technical fault prevented delivery we will restore the balance or refund it — contact support with the transaction details.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may read, quote and link to our content with attribution. You may not scrape at scale, republish substantial portions, resell our output, reverse-engineer the prediction engine, or use the service to build a competing dataset without written permission. Automated access is available through our documented API on request.
The Statlign name, logo, written content, strategy library and underlying models remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Third-party trademarks such as league and club names are the property of their owners and are used descriptively.
Disclaimers, liability and changes
No prediction on this site is a guarantee. Sporting outcomes are uncertain and any decision you take based on our content is yours alone. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statlign is not liable for gambling losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the modification date on this page and, where significant, notified in the product. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
