1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Statlign, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. What Statlign is
Statlign is a sports intelligence platform that provides AI-generated predictions, analytics, and educational content for informational and entertainment purposes only. Statlign is not a bookmaker, does not accept wagers, and does not facilitate gambling transactions. Nothing on the platform is financial or betting advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Statlign. You are responsible for ensuring that using the platform is lawful where you live.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
5. Credits & purchases
Some features use credits, which may be granted, earned, or purchased. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are consumed when you reveal predictions or unlock insights. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute our content at scale, reverse-engineer our models, disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
All content, models, branding, and software on Statlign are owned by Statlign or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use the platform.
8. Disclaimers
Predictions are probabilistic and provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain, and no prediction is guaranteed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statlign is not liable for any losses — including betting losses — arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content.
10. Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email statlign@gmail.com.
