Frequently Asked Questions

This page answers the questions we receive most often about how Statlign works, what our predictions can and cannot tell you, how member credits are spent, and how to reach a human when something goes wrong.

About the predictions

Statlign predictions are produced by a library of independent statistical strategies running over enriched match data, combined into one selection per market with a confidence score and written reasoning. They are probability estimates published for research and entertainment, not advice and not guarantees.

Expect losing selections. A calibrated model that reports 70% confidence is telling you that three in ten of those calls are expected to fail. The value of the method is in the long-run average and in the transparency of the reasoning, not in any individual result.

Coverage and updates

Football is the deepest coverage, spanning the major European leagues, continental competitions and a wide set of national divisions. North American coverage includes the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, college football and college basketball, and further sports are added where reliable data exists.

Pages refresh through the day as odds move and lineups are confirmed. A fixture whose data quality falls below our threshold is withheld rather than published with gaps, which is why some matches never receive a selection.

Accounts, credits and access

A free reader can see a limited set of selections plus the full historical record. Signed-in members receive a daily credit allowance; revealing a prediction costs two credits and unlocking its strategy detail costs one. Purchased credits persist, while the daily allowance refreshes rather than accumulating.

Programmatic access is available through a read-only API for developers and researchers. Request a key through the contact page, describing the intended use and expected volume.

Privacy, cookies and support

Cookie preferences can be changed at any time from the link in the site footer, and rejecting analytics and advertising storage prevents those tags from loading at all. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is collected, who processes it and how long it is kept.

For anything else — a billing problem, a factual correction, a data deletion request — the contact page lists the right address for each and the response time you should expect.

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is Statlign?

Accuracy varies by market and league and is published on the performance page, graded automatically against confirmed results rather than self-reported.

Can I bet through Statlign?

No. Statlign is an analytics publisher, not a bookmaker. We never accept stakes or hold customer funds.

Do unused daily credits carry over?

No. The daily member allowance refreshes each day and does not accumulate. Purchased and earned credits do persist.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email privacy@statlign.com from your account address. We confirm receipt quickly and complete deletion within one month, subject to records we must retain by law.
